Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only in cases of damage or fitting issues. Customers must raise a return request within 7days of receiving the product, along with clear images/videos of the defect, by Return or Exchange. Once the return request is approved, the customer must courier the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.All returned products will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our Quality Check (QC) team.The QC team’s decision is final regarding eligibility for exchange.If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
