Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Valli Silks

At Valli Silks, we strive to deliver the best quality sarees and ethnic wear along with a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or approved by our team

  • Valli Silks reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Pricing or technical errors

    • Product unavailability

    • Suspected fraudulent transactions


2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Return requests raised through the website or after the allowed time will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 working days

  • Returns beyond this period will not be accepted

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in original condition

  • Original folds and packaging should be intact

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • Product should not be damaged, washed, or altered

Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected.


5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel

  • In case of any issue, the video must be shared with customer support

Without video proof, returns or claims will not be accepted.


6. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide:

  • Invoice / shipping receipt

  • Order details (Order ID, registered email or mobile number)

This is mandatory for processing any return or exchange.


7. Product Inspection (QC)

  • All returned products will undergo a Quality Check (QC)

  • Return approval will be based on inspection results


8. Refund & Exchange Policy

After successful QC approval, Valli Silks will decide the resolution:

  • Exchange (subject to availability)

  • Credit note / store voucher

  • Refund

The refund mode (original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit) will be at the sole discretion of Valli Silks.


9. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds or credit notes will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and approving the returned product


10. Important Conditions

Returns are not applicable for:

  • Customized or tailored products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
