Once the return request is approved, the customer must courier the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.All returned products will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our Quality Check (QC) team.The QC team’s decision is final regarding eligibility for exchange.If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
